Structural Hardwood

We cut all of the common sizes and lengths in increments of 300mm. If we don’t have what you need in stock, we can generally cut it in a few working days. All our structural hardwood is GOS and is available in several grades – F14, F17, F22 and Appearance.

Treated to H3 rating with eco friendly Tanalith-E.
Machining – Dressed pencil round, Dressed all round (Square edge).

Step Treads

Our step treads are cut from our premium native species – Ironbark or Spotted Gum. They are cut to last and when dressed can be as much a feature as they are practical.

Verandah Posts

Our verandah posts, like our step treads are cut from our premium Spotted Gum and Ironbark. When dressed they become a standout feature that can add to the overall aesthetic of the home.

Statement Posts

These posts are the larger end sectioned posts when wanting to make a statement with a property entrance, an entertaining area or even an upmarket fence.

Note: These end sections are cut from the heart (centre) of the timber and as such we recommend you contact us before ordering.

Cladding

Weather board – 175 x 25 x 6mm

Cut from Spotted Gum or Ironbark for external longevity. Also treated to H4, this product is GOS.

Seasoned Hardwood Chamfer and Shiplap cut from a range of native hardwood species. These products add depth and natural beauty to external and internal walls alike. Great for man caves and entertaining areas as a feature.

Decking

Decking can either be ordered in a select species or mixed species. Our native species decking is grown here so it adapts to Australia’s harsh and contrasting conditions unlike imported species and as yet unproven so-called composites.

Screening

Dressed mixed species hardwood screening. Used for aesthetic appeal on carports, in gardens or for privacy in outdoor areas. Can be ordered in set lengths and finished sizes.

Fencing

If you want your fence to last, then build it with hardwood. If you only want it to last 2 or 3 years than build it with one of the lesser lights. The fact is a hardwood fence, if built properly with quality products, will last decades. We do a range of post and rail sizes as well as palings.

Landscaping

Our sleepers are treated with eco-friendly Tanalith-E… No chrome or arsenic here. Or if it’s for a veggie patch or you would just prefer them untreated, then that’s fine too.

Woodchip

Our woodchip is perfect for gardens or bases of pot plants, or smoking meats. You can order by the trailer load or by the bag. Please note we will not load utes. Orders must be made during the week and pickups are Friday only. Bookings for trailer loads are essential due to WH&S requirements.

Sawdust

Our sawdust is great for soils, potting mix or to have on hand for industrial chemical spills. It is also great for smoking meats. Orders are by the bag only. Orders must be placed during the week for pickups on Friday only.

Firewood

Our firewood is offcuts only. Please note the majority of our firewood is green off saw and as such may be quite smoky. Sap residue may also be prevalent if burning in a fireplace.
